Magix Video

I'll try to put my question about the Magix program. I am Video Delux HD version 17 and finished a project with 4778 MB for recording on a DVD with a capacity of 4489 MB. The instructions state that I have cut some images to downsize.I ask if it's possible keep the project and save it in a format that fits on the DVD while sacrificing some quality?
thank you

Hi

Try using Dual Layer DVD's if your DVD burner will support them - they hold upto ~ 8GB.  There will then be no need to reduce quality or remove part of the timeline.

Hi Henrique

I have removed the question you posted in response to this one and quoted it here.  Please answer your own question when you want to continue the same topic instead of starting a new question.  Thanks

. . . . Thank you John, but I wanted to know if this program (Magix Video deluxe 17) allows "compress" the project and where in the menu is this functionality.. . . .

When you burn to DVD and the project is too big to fit on the disc - the dialog shown below appears - using the Adjust button automatically changes the compression / bitrate

Dear John

I apologize for all these setbacks, but I promise to go doing better! Thank you for your relevant suggestion was now clear the problem by me. The problem is that, despite having purchased the Magix Video Deluxe 17 for about two years, only just installed it and have not had opportunity to acclimatise myself with the menus. Thanks!

Best regards,

Henrique
