Magix messages say " have found the file but cannot open it" or "cannot open the file "

Have tried to load via midi track settings and also the VST Browser. Most of the 32 instruments included will not open.

Have Music Studio 2020. Only installed program yesterday. Should I redownload and reinstall them??
