@Titus92

Welcome to the Magix forums.

I think your problem is caused by a combination of what seems to be quite a small computer screen and whatever settings you have in Windows Display>Scale and Layout. I think you have it set to something other than 100%?

Below is what you should be able to see at the bottom of that purchase screen.

That big green button is what you need to be able to press in order to continue! Have you tried changing that Scal e and Layout setting?

Thank you for your prompt reply, here's a photo of my settings..

Is it alright? Are there any problems?

Hi

AFAICS there is nothing wrong with the screen settings, however I am guessing you are working on a low resolution screen eg 1280 x 720 px, try widening the dialog box by dragging the right edge as far as possible - this may bring the Purchase button into view.

Hi all,

I already escalated a similar case to development today. This looks like a combination of two different factors:

1.) The OP's screen resolution may, in fact, be a bit on the low end. (Albeit it should be checked whether or not it meets the program's official requirements, in which case those might need correction.)

2.) There were some changes in the content/layout of those store pages, which now require more screen space and a bigger store browser window. This would have exacerbated the problem for some users who may have already been on the low end of screen resolution anyway. Even here on my test system with fullHD screen resolution, the window (e.g. for an instrument purchase) now opens in a manner that will hide the "Buy now" button by default. Fortunately, with a high resolution, there's enough space above the window to simply drag it up and reveal the missing part. For the OP, this is going to be tricky.

As a makeshift solution, our back-end and IAS content team is going to try and make those pages smaller again by reducing the space that is needed, e.g. for the description. This should be implementable fairly quickly. In the long run, Music Maker will also need to be taught to handle the sizing and positioning of the store pages from the server more intelligently.

Cheers!

Hi again,

Just wanted to confirm that the first makeshift hotfix solution (cutting down the screen space that is taken up by the description part in the store window) is live on our servers, which sould hopefully alleviate this situation. On my fullHD screen, the entire window is now visible again by default. On a lower resolution, it should hopefully fit onto the screen again as well, at least after dragging it up from its default decision. Further steps to better deal with this situation on the end of the application will be taken.

Cheers!
