Magix soundpool disappeared after upgrade. How can I get it back. Tried intalling the sound pool 3 times but cannot see the sounds

Even re -installed the software Magix 2016 live and it has the same problem!!!!!!!

Did you update to the patch 22.0.4.70? The only solution that I can think of is to reinstall but only up to patch 22.0.3.63.

You should raise a ticket with Magix.

I'm still waiting for a reply after sending then the syscheck results. Then I saw that Magix removed the offending patch from the download area, so I then knew that it was them, not me.
