magix samplitude 15

Okay, I am doing this one more time politely. I purchased magix music maker, and samplitude 15 about 7-8 months ago. I just re-installed music maker, and it verified fine. When I entered my unlocking code for samplitude 15, it will not recognize it. I have since got a new pc, but that is not the problem or my code for musicmaker would have failed.

I'd suggest you call MAGIX tech support with your activation problem.

You may be a wiz but what tech support says when they email your activation code is that you can reactivate the program only up to three times in case you change your hardware, like getting a new computer. Quote from Magix......

"Please note:
Access may become invalid if you change your hardware. If the computer
on which the program runs has internet access, you can re-activate the
program by selecting the "re-activate" button.
Otherwise please contact the internet support team.
Re-activation may be carried out free of charge for up to three times
after the purchase. For this you require an internet connection. "
