Hi

We need more information:

  1. What will not work?
  2. Computer specification - see this topic for details required
  3. Program version
  4. Capture device make/model/colour
  5. Recording/capture settings
  6. Device you are trying to capture from - if a VCR is it a PAL or NTSC device and what TV standard are the tapes.

Do you mean a Windows 10 update? There has been no update for Rescue Your Video Tapes.

reload the disc on to my Computer it upload when come to the end

I suspect that, if you literally deleted Rescue Video of my Computer, you may actually have made the situation worse!
