Magix refuses to recognize my e-mail address

I had installed Movie Studio 14 on old computer. Don't have old disc. Computer is kaputt. I have installed Movie Studio 16 on new machine but when I gave my primary address I was told it was already in use. Why doesn't Magix use the email I want to use? I need to have this situation rectified. My primary email is: Removed by Moderator

Please be aware these are public, user to user forums. There are no Magix staff present and personal data, like your email address, should never be posted here. Hence, I have edited your post.
