How do I contact Magix to report an issue with their online ordering system? Why has the Magix support gotten worse instead of better? I just need to send an email to support instead of digging through forums for something that the forums do not cover.
I want to upgrade my Xara software but the online ordering no longer allows me to enter a billing address that is different from the shipping address. When I edit one of them, it changes both. I need the names and addresses to be different.
