Music Maker - definitely not.

Samplitude Music Studio - most likely not. I could not find any way to import any notation into this. You can create standard notation from midi files and edit, but not import.

I presume that you are talking about the Magix Notation 2?

Perhaps the Pro version of Samplitude can read these files. I suggest that you post the question on the Samplitude Community forum.
