I've not ever read all of the license agreement but I'd suspect the answer is 'legally no'. But however, from my practical experience, you probably can. Here I have MEP on a reasonably fast PC for actual editing but it is also installed on this rather slow (but almost always on) networked machine for the singular purpose of having it handy when responding to question on this forum.
