@zionism Navigate to File > Program Settings and click on the button to clean up the in-app-store. The program will then restart and delete the old store cache. It usually works after doing that.

Again i have no unlimited loops i have clean up the store and it came on but the next day (today) i have no unlimited loops all i get is no loops available in your selection so once again i went to clean up store and press it it then rebooted but this time no unlimited loops with the same message no loops available in your selection and you are still taking money from my account and i am having this problem it never happened when i was on magix music 2024 but loads of problems on magix music 2025 please help me
