Hi,

No, not to 2 tracks, but yes to two channels on one track, that is left and right. If you have a mic connected to one input (left, say) and a guitar to the other (right), you will get them that way. You can then separate them in MMM to get each on its own track.

Sorry in Magix Music Maker we can only record one track at a time as far as I know and in my Magix Music Maker experience. There is another Magix product Magix Samplitude I think that can record multi tracks.

Tks Nihon, i'am gonna Cheq the Samplitude.

Tks John, so the only thing i have to do is conect micro and guitar ( for example ) to the presonus, and then when play them they go to one track.

After that if i split the trak in two, they devide the 2 instruments ????

In MMM, right click on the object recorded, and at the bottom select Additional options, then Convert stereo into two mono objects. This will leave one channel on track 1 and put the other on track 2. Then you can label the tracks yourself and change the instument image by right clicking on the image at the very left of the track and selecting something else.

In Samplitude Music Studio or just Music Studio 2, it is possible to record to multiple tracks at once. But, your Presonus will only go to one track with 2 channels. You would need another Presonus to be able to detect it in Samplitude. For example, Presonus on track 1 with mic and guitar, keyboard with separate USB input for track 3 as midi instrument, or use the line-in on the computer from the line-out on the keyboard to record the keyboard sound. I recorded this way - mic on left channel track 1, guitar on right channel track 1, keyboard midi on track 3. Then I split track 1 into tracks 1 (mic) and 2 (guitar).

Hi Filipe,

Ideally, if PreSonus has an Asio driver that came with it lke the M-Track did, install and use it. If not, download and install Asio4all from the internet. Use it instead of the Magix low latency driver.

You should monitor the sound with headphones through the PreSonus, not through the computer.

Here are the program settings and the audio record parameters screens. I note that Asio4all does not work with my M-Track, but the M-Track Quad Asio driver that came with it works fine. Maybe you will have more success.

Boa sorte!

Hi John,

One more time Tankkk youuuuuuuuu. You have been a GREAT HELP for me.

It works 100% ;)

Now i just have to discover why some litle "noise bugs clips " sometimes apear in the begining when i press RECORD.

And why sometimes when finish recorded, the voice pitch becomes faster than the reality, and i stil have latency whith the magix drums and my voice and guitars, but iam moving on ;) . I'am missing my BR 1200 CD BOSS ROLAND ehehehehehe, it was much more simple the conections and configurations, eheheheheh. But i'am happy with the normal evolution of the process, it takes time.

I can't whait to record my 4 album, but the first with SOFTWARE ;).

If you no how to help me with those litle problems , i apreciate.

Best regards from Peniche City , The Capital of the WAVES.
