MAGIX music maker PlayStation 2

It says in the instruction that I have 16 stereo tracks available, and I can't use them all. How do I use them?
I want to use an instrument guitar on five stereo tracks, but the program only allows me one track for one instrument. How do I use a guitar on 5 stereo tracks?
The demo examples on the disk I load can use all of the above.
