Magix Music Maker Freezes

Hello,

I bought Magix Music Maker Premium 2022 yesterday. Every effort to get it working does not work. it freezes right aftIer I click "Let's Get Started." I am able to click for the patch to start downloading but it freezes and the "Install now" does not work. I have restarted my system several time. I have Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz   1.50 GHz system with more than 100GB available working space with 32GB RAM.

Please, help.

@Ishmael-Tetteh Please contact customer service at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for a direct download link of the patch. Maybe the patch will help with the freezing problem.

I am currently having a similar issue. I hadn't used Magix Music Maker for a while. When I went to use it today, it worked for a bit, then froze. I had to use the task manager to end the program. I tried several times but can never get past the advertisement to upgrade. So I did the upgrade and the patch and it still freezes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. My system information is:

Intel® Core™ i3-10100F 3.60GHz 4-Cores
• MSI H410M-PRO - mATX
• (2) * 8GB DDR4-2666 Patriot Premium
• AMD Radeon® RX 550 2GB
• Patriot Burst 240GB 2.5in SATA3 SSD
• Standard Cooling Fan
• Onboard RAID Controller
• SET MBLite 3.1 Mini Tower Black
• (2) * Standard 120mm Case Fans
• 500W ATX12V POWER SUPPLY
• Microsoft Windows 10 Home

@Wendy-Simpson Some users reported that it helps if they start the program as administrator by right clicking on the program icon on three desktop. This could be worth a try.

Unfortunately, after a few days of working perfectly, it's doing the same thing. And I did the same troubleshooting and signed in as an administrator. I love this software and have been using it for years, but now it looks like I'm going to have to find something else. How do I go about getting a refund?
