I have a cd box with a number on it that says serial number. But this does not work. I have lost the original cd sleeve and this product does belong to me. How do i get this right and be able to use this again.

You have to contact Magix support and if possible provide them proof of purchase and other details.. Other than that if you have registered your product that will be very helpful.
