You should be fine anyway since Music Maker Premium 2021 is the first and only 64 bit version of the software

@Iraldo Yes it is fine. The software is just called Music Maker (without a year in the name). It is sold by Magix as version 2019, 2020, 2021 etc. to make it look like there are yearly interations which isn't the case since the base version became freeware.

As @MauX-65 has correctly stated Music Maker (MMM) 2021 is a 64 bit program and it has a new serial number for full activation* and all new Extra Content to download and install.

* If you had an older version of MMM eg 2019 or 2020 and did not use the new serial number to activate MMM then it will not be running in fully featured mode.

Additionally as you have the Premium version it comes with a VST-Bridge function that allows use of older 32 bit VSts/Instruments and they show up like this:
