Hi, This question has been answered many times and there have been many answers and opinions on the topic.  The answer really lies in the EULA (End User License Agreement)  You need to look at that and decide if what you are doing either complies with it or not.  If you are not sure what it says or do not understand the legal meaning, consult an attorney.  We are not Magix employees here, this is a user forum and we cannot provide legal advice.
