@art-perez You can get all your software and download links in your customer account at Magix.com. Simply log in with your e-mail and password.

If you don't remember it, you need to contact support at infoservice@magix.net

Be aware, if you upgrade to newer versions of the software you need a newer operating system as well, Windows 10 or 11. And probably you'll also need newer hardware.

Thank you for prompt reply. I just visited the Magix.com website, but the only options i find for my problem, require my "product key", which i dont have access to. the box and software are not available to me anymore. however, like i mentioned, i did regester my software immediately upon purchase years back. can i still recieve help given my situation?

@art-perez

Did you actually log into your Magix account, via this page? If not, that is what you must do!

Then go to My products and you will find ALL your Magix software listed, including links to any still-available installers, along with serial keys etc.

If you cannot find the listing or cannot access your Magix account you will need to email infoservice@magix.net and ask for their help in locating your software and serial keys. However, as @SP. says, the fact that you are apparently still running a version of Windows which has long been discontinued may mean your software is no longer available.

Ok Jeff. I emailed tech support. I did try the approach you suggested. I must be overlooking, due to panicked and overwhelmed. I tried " system restoring ", to which, i was getting an "missing file" error message, at first. Now, im getting a virus was downloaded. Anyhow. Thank you for your promp reply.

Hello again.(movie edit pro plus) I found my original software(CD) along with the product code in the box. I deleted everything from my computer,and reinserted the cd for download. I'm ready to lose my head, the first window is, has 3 options: "modify", Repair, Remove" when i click to "modify" i get a message immediately "finished install successfully " but, no, no program. I then tried the "repair" tab. It goes thru a long download process with status bar (repair of MAGIX Movie Edit Pro Plus) then I'll get the "repaired successfully". But when i try opening the program frum my computer, I'll get an error message "app unable to start correctly (0x0000906) click ok the close program. I've tried running the software using different approaches, and her the same error message. Please help! Haha
