Windows 11 home; Intel core i7 12th gen, 16gb Ram

This might be a common issue?

I downloaded via the email link and set the installation off.

It progresses until stage 3 and then just sits there (see below)).

An icon has been created on my desktop, I double click and this allows me to register the product using the emailed key.

Following this the application opens as expected.

However ... when the installer tries to install the addons (below) I get a series of errors

As it tries to install the first addon (Demo Project) the following error is shown

This same error is repeated for each of the other add ons.

The initial "Movie Edit Pro" installation is still running in the back ground.

I tried the "Cancel" button, but this just greys out the button and it carries on (see below)

I stop this via Task Manager ...

and it starts to install Music Maker

This also fails with this message

Once again the installer hangs ... so I close via the task manager

If I open MEP 21 it start the installation of the add ons again and the same errors are shown.

Any ideas?
