So I purchased and installed MEP about a month ago, and it worked fine for a while. The past few weeks though, it just won't work. When I boot up the program, it immediately brings up the Troubleshooting window, something about a crash log. I close that, and then another pops up about a "serious program error", that there's an error in "module KERNELBASE". Then the whole thing shuts down, every time I try to use it. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the entire program, and nothing's worked. Can anyone help?
