MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2014 Premium Literally Cannot Stop Crashing

Hello,

It seems my copy of movie edit will not stop crashing, i am talking about every 5 minutes at least. I do a lot of start and stopping in my editing. My system is fine to run all the programs, I7 Processor 8gb of ram a solid graphics card, etc. I have tried turning off my usb power auto-shutoff functions in device manager, i have tried every NVIDIA Issue (used intel card and have used NVIDIA card same issue) and i am pretty much all out of options. I had a trial of premium 2016 and i had all sorts of sound effects problems and whatnot. I need some serious help please offer whatever you can! I don't want to have to switch to a new program but these crashes are making me not want to use magix products anymore

*Please note this is a complete freeze crash so i have to go to task manager to shut it down

Hi

More information is needed:

  1. Full computer specification - please be specific and not use general terms like 'solid graphics card'

  2. Windows version?

  3. If Windows 10 was this an upgrade from 7 or 8 or a clean install?

  4. If an upgrade, was MEP 2014 installed before the upgrade?

  5. Is GPU acceleration and / or Hardware acceleration for MPEG4/AVCHD enabled on the Video/Audio tab of the program settings?

  6. Video format and resolution on the timeline?
