MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2013 purchas NO email

Hi All,

I purchased MAGIX Movie Edit Pro 2013 Premium download and posted version this morning dated 12 January 2013 from your website, I got 3 emails, two from the Magix shop confirming my purchase with the order number plus one with my personal password for the MAGIX Service Centre and one with a coupon code, but NO emails containing a download link to download my software and NO required serial number.  I have checked my junk mail folder and there is nothing there.

What is going on? Can you help?

Hi, and welcome.

First, you need to understand this is a user-to-user forum; MAGIX staff sometimes contribute but not very often.  I think you are unlikely to receive a reply from them here.

However, the password access you have for the MAGIX Service Centre will allow you to set up your account and then access the download page for your software and also shows you your serial number to install it.  You need top go to www.magix.com/us/support/my-service-center.  (I've just checked this with my own account, and all the products I've purchased from MAGIX over several years are listed there, with download links and serial numbers.)

HI Jeff,
Thanks for answering my question but I have already setup my account and  looked in there but there is no download page. I logged on to my account, went to (My Products) and all I have in there is (Movie Edit Pro 2013 Premium Trial) and (Online Photo Album (Free) NO full Movie Edit Pro 2013 Premium and NO serial numbers.

Re your PM to me today. Like Jeff, John and all of us here, I too am just a user. Not from Magix, who hardly ever contribute to these forums. So, to repeat, you need to raise this with Magix.

Hi John,

Thanks for getting back to me, yes I thought there were some Moderators on these forums as we do on the Pinnacle forums who could answer my question they also have people who work for Avid and Pinnacle too.

I have had a email back from the sales department saying I purchased the posted version and not the download version so I will just have to wait for it to arrive.

It is a bit confusing as when you buy something from the web site you get a page come up after you buy the software saying that you will receive a email with your download and serial number.
