Can't get the 'size/position function' to work properly after using multicam edit. I'm a bit baffled.
The Help section clearly states the following-
It is also important that you make all effect settings for the output material (e.g. video or audio cleaning) before the multicam edit on the objects on the source track and on the master audio track. These effects will be transferred to the objects in the target track with the edit. Otherwise, you will have to apply the effects from every single object to the target track.
So I did what it said. I changed the size/position of a video that I, unfortunately, took vertically (which I'm sincerely regretting) while it was one of the source tracks (track 3). The issue being that particular camera focus is being squeezed to a small sliver of what it's supposed to be (1440 width) . I needed to expand it. I certainly know how to change size position while that video is in a source track. That is not the problem.
The problem is that if I change it prior to the multicam edit ( as instructed in the Help section), none of the size/positioning feature takes effect when I return to Timeline mode. In fact, after having spent hours going through the previous sections in Timeline fixing each and every one, it erased all my previous size/position fixes for every single cut when I returned to Multicam mode !
Anyone have ideas how to get the size/position function to work with multicam edit function ?
Thanks in advance!
p.s. I've been using the multicam feature and really enjoy the syncing of the audio feature that's been added. It's made life much easier than previous MEP versions. FANTASTIC!
