I don't think it has been released yet at least I don't see it for sale on the web site.  From what I read in the "First Glimpses Article"  it is going to need to offer a lot more than what was reported to get me interested.

Interesting that the product is on the magix.com/gb page but not on the magix.com page or the magix.com/us page.  I did not see the ability to download a trial which I definitely would want to do.  For me the big thing would be some of the performance enhancements if they are significant.  The free effects in the premium version are good if they are something you would use, and buying the application is actually less expensive that the NewBlue fx Essential IV on its own.

What's the chance that the bugs and other flaws we've identified and reported over the last few years are still unfixed?

Edit: Well, after installing it and using it for a few hours I have to say I was being a little ungenerous. Because at least three recently reported MX/17 bugs have been fixed.
Although at least one new one has been introduced, that's a net improvement!
