I have the activation code provided by Magix for down loading the MPEG-4 Codec, but each attempt to down load the codex fails with the suggestion that I repeat the activation proceedure with Aministrator rights.  I always operate under administrator rights, so why is this down load failing?  I am using the Movie Edit Pro 15 plus on a laptop with a Pentium T4200 processor with Windows 7 operating system
