Magix Movie Edit 16 Pro wont load DSC_DLL sound files

yesterday my movie edit pro 16 stopped loading files related to the audio...these were as such- DSP_DLL18X64 vc12dll (Graph EQ).....(Param EQ)......(MB Stereo Enhancer)...(Maximiser) and so forth could not be loaded..

As a result after clicking thru the OK buttons until all the not able to load files are off screen any added audio then sounds like Alvin and the Chipmonks....tinny-fast speed and not even close to sounding like my voice

I didnt do anything to PC and dont believe there was even a PC update made that could have interfered with the program....any fixes or thoughts? Thanks

Hi

. . . . movie edit pro 16 . . . .

I assume you mean Movie Edit Pro 2016 in which case please use the full name or abbreviation MEP 2016 to avoid confusion with the earlier version 16.

Try starting MEP and clicking through the error dialogs.  Once MEP is started try resetting the program to its default settings, File, Settings, Reset program. . . . then restart the program.

If this does not work then try running the program installer again and select the Repair option.

Note: if this issue started after upgrading from Windows 7 or 8, with MEP 2016 already installed, to Windows 10 then you will need to reinstall the program following this procedure.
