Magix mm premium 2018

I decided finally to get the premium version as i had enough of just 8 tracks and trying all the other software out there , After 7 hours messing around with it cannot get it to activate more tracks , in project settings still has 4 or 8 selection , i have uninstalled everything twice and still same ,thought i had it solved when i forgot to delete old magix mm trial but nope , have raised a ticket but dont hold out hope as it says we will be back to you within a few days

That depends on what you mean by 'Adobe' - no Adobe product is required to install and run MMM, however you do need a PDF reader to read the installed manual and the Adobe reader is the most popular.

Click on the Tutorials tab above and read the tutorial by Horst about installing and getting everything downloaded and installed. After activating, you have to go to the Store and click on everything that has been activated under Presets and Features, download and install them.

I guess you mean user name i, i dont seem to be able to see it , how do i tell if i have the premium edition as when i click on the help menu and about mmm it doesnt say on there what version just a numbered one

If you purchased the Premium version, then you have an email with the activation code. Activate Music Maker with the code. Look at the tutorial that I mentioned.

Yes i did this on the initial install and had problems with mmm failing to install so i got a program from m/s as per the email i was sent for installation problems uninstalled the trial version as it said this was the issue then reinstalled mmm , used the code and it activated got all my free stuff but soundpools were all not working , so uninstalled everything again and reactivated it and the soundpools sort of work , as per previous posts it seems i only have the trial version still even tho i downloaded and activated a premium edition

I found the post by horst and have done this but i only still have trial version still so i guess i will have to wait for magix to get back to me , Do they every reply i wonder 😕

When you reinstalled MM did you activate it?

Yes i did but could not put the activation key in the top box as it says you are already registered with this key , i had to input the key in the second box down

At last i have it all working now , i found a hidden file with allsorts of previous version stuff which was confusing it all , i did get a reply back from tech support and it helped , but still have some issues with bad key errors but i can now usemore than 8 tracks yay

I have tried to find said Tutorial with no luck. could you post a link? I am having trouble since I got the premium versions some of the sound pools i downloaded will not play the loops.

if you look at top right you will see the cog wheel ,all i did was press that and select all countries, then go to the audio tab and it should be the first as per photo , if you had the trial or free version before you need to find the hidden files which is another post on this forum that will tell you how to find it or,just uninstall everything from magix (make sure you have you all licence keys written down) restart windows , go to windows explorer select box in top pane to show hidden files then do a search for magix and delete what comes up , then reinstall mmm then activate then update mmm then reopen mmm and sign into shop and download all content from the cog wheel but "DO NOT SELECT ALL" do one at a time . This is how i solved my problem :)
