well I'm writing this from the same computer on the same network so tell me... where is the error? because my connection is obviously good.

Hello, welcome

What software and version are you trying to install or unable to install?

Is it possible that your firewall, anti virus or windows defender may be blocking said installation, so therefore you could try to disable them temporarily until your software is fully installed?
