After starting up normally about 5 secconds there is an error message from Windows. When I push the "DEBUG" button the program stops and returns to the desktop.

I use an HP desktop computer with processor Intel Celeron E3400 speed 2.6 GHz

OS Windows 7 Home Premium UK , 64 bit, Service Pack 1 and  3.0 GB memory
