Ive had to make a new account to post this, I have send a support request to magix but still have not gotten a response has anyone had an issue like this before?
How long did you wait for this password change email before posting here? I ask, because it is possible that such emails are NOT automatically generated and hence, "human input" is required. And since Germany is still under very strict lockdown and staff are working from home, such a process is likely to take considerably longer than normal.
However, once you have been able to rectify the problem and since you say you needed to make a new account here to post, please remember to close/delete one of your forum accounts as soon as possible since the holding of multiple accounts is forbidden under Community rules #7. If you post back and/or PM a moderator with details of the account you wish to close one of us will be able to do this for you.
Hi Jeff ,I have waited well over a week waiting to recieve the password reset email and waited the 4 days for reaching out to a support ticket. I guess all I can do is wait it out.
