Magix company is incompetent

I have purchased Vegas Pro 18 and been using it for the last 11 months. I own it. But now I am locked out of my account and Vegas Pro 18 will not run. It says that the programe is registered to someone else. I have the Magix PDF sales docket to prove that I own this software.

I have been trying all day to get an answer from Magix but find them pretty useless.

Very frustrated and angry!!!!
