Another good option is to actually read the manual and/or the help files.  All of the information you need is there.

Once you have recorded two or more tracks you have a rather large .WAV file. Open this in the editor of your choice - either the one in CleaningLab or whatever third party editor takes your fancy. Then select Track 1, normally by dragging through it, but make sure you have an excess at each end. Copy the selection and paste it into a new file. Then, using the edit functions, first magnify it so you can see where the track actually starts.

Then select and delete everything before this point. Repeat the process for the end of the file, and you have the complete track all by itself. You can now add 'Silence' to the start and finish if you want, then save the track with an appropriate name. You now have the track as an individual file.

Go back and repeat, for each track. This is somewhat tedious, but works. No doubt there are more automated ways of doing it, but, hey, it works for me !
