Magix Audio & Music Lab 2016 Premium  21.0.2.38 (DP3)  -  Trying to edit out long periods of silence , noises etc from a .wav file , watched the tutorial video but on my version of the program I cannot find the "Range Mode Button" or am I missing something. ? ,is there another method of doing this ? Thanks

Which tutorial did you watch ie is it on Youtube, Magix website or where?

AFAICS Audio and Music Lab 2016 does not have ranges - they are a new feature in the new Audio and Music Lab Premium (2017 / 365 ?) version.

AML 2016 does have a Remove pauses function - see  the installed PDF manual available under the Help menu.
