Magix Audio Cleaning Lab keeps crashing my PC (Windows 10) during use. I downloaded the update from the link in the original online purchase confirmation email from 2016 which installed repairs but this has not fixed the problem. Please can you help?

@Steve-Clarke Have you tried to reset/restore the program settings via the Help menu?

Hi SP. Thank you for your help. No, I haven't. I ran compatibility check via Troubleshoot Compatibility which reset to Windows 8 although I running Widows 10. It still crashed. I will try to reset/restore the program settings via the Help menu as you have advised to see if that fixes the problem.

Hi SP. I reset/restored the program settings via the Help menu then restarted my PC, but Magix still crashed when I tried to record a vinyl LP.

@Steve-Clarke Could be a driver issue, I'm not sure. I would suggest you contact technical support https://www.magix.info/us/support/article/how-do-i-contact-technical-support--1513/

Please also check if you allowed in the Windows settings, that ACL can access your microphone. Windows usually blocks all software from doing that. But I don't think this causes this crashes.
