Hi there,

Cleaning Lab doesn't seem to be able to interface with the sound hardware on your system any longer. This being on a Windows 10 system, the issue is probably due to the Windows update that restricted access to various audio or video devices via the privacy settings. The relevant settings would need to be modified again to allow the program access, as follows:

- Bring up the main Settings screen within Windows.
- Proceed to the "Privacy" section.
- Click on "Microphone" in the left-hand list.
- Modify the settings here to allow apps to use the microphone.

This should fix it and allow Cleaning Lab to communicate with your sound hardware's input again.

I hope this helps.
