Hi,
I keep receiving the error 'Direct Sound Create Error' ad 'Direct Sound Error' each time i try to play what I have recorded.

I am in the middle of making a very important CD.

I have already reinstalled the software and the problem still exists.

Please can you advise what I should do.

What is your sound card?

This sounds like a hardware related error, not a program error.

In the program, if you press "P" on the keyboard you open a dialog for the playback information, check to see if you can change the device for playback there to produce a better result.

I suggest reinstalling/updating the drivers for your sound card, and possibly reinstalling Windows DirectX.
