Lousy Site

I've been using Vegas Pro since the Sony days and really like it. Just got a new computer and loaded a trial of ver. 18. Ready to buy. The site won't accept any of my cards nor will it accept paypal. There is NO customer service. Just links to FAQs and stuff. The one phone number I could find was the Canada office and there's no answer. They are about to miss out on several hundred dollars if they don't help me today!!!
