Loud Buzzing Noise on ACID

I was adding loops and recording .wav files on a song and realized I hadn't organized all of them in a single folder, so I created a folder and moved all of the files to it. Now, when I open ACID, I hear only a piercing buzzing noise and then the program crashes. I tried resaving all of the files as "new" labels in the folder, but it doesn't change anything. Anybody have any idea what I can do? It's particularly frustrating.

@jonathan-b3693JSB You can reset the program settings by holding CTRL+SHIFT and double clicking on the ACID program icon. This will open a small window that will ask you if you want to reset the settings and delete the cache. Maybe it will help.

Thanks, I’ll give it a try!

No luck, though the consistent piercing tone changed to a repeating sizzling sound.
