I have a downloaded Magix Movie Edit Pro 2015 Premium. I want to install it on a new computer but have lost the serial number. Is there any way to recover my serial number?
Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.
To find the missing serial key, go to your Magix account, log in (hopefully you can remember your password) go to My products, find the listing for MEP Premium 2015 and you will see the serial key. If you cannot remember your password you will need to click the appropriate link on that page to reset it. It does not matter if the registered email address is now "wrong", simply use the wrong one to log in and, whilst there, go to User data and update your email address.
If you cannot remember the email address and the password you will need to email infoservice@magix.net, supply as much detail as you can about your account, purchase(s) etc., and ask for their help in retrieving your account.
One caveat: MEPP 2015 is now a rather old product and may not run successfully on your computer, especially if you are running Windows 11.
