Hi

Browse to the magix.com website.

Select My Account top right of the home page, login with the email address and password you used when you registered the software.

From the next page select My products - here you will find all the registered software you have bought and your serial nos.

Hi there,

You can actually go into the current registered program of Magix that's on your current computer as well and go into a section on the help section at the top of the screen and you can find your serial number there too.

I hope this helped.

How and where? I'm having this same issue and that would save me a lot of frustration. thank you.
