Hi Feeder23,

on your desktop click on your Recycle bin. The files should be in there. Simply use the restore command to retrieve them.

Hello,

I carried out a factory reset on my laptop, this removed Magix Photomanager 15, have I lost all of the photographs. Does Magix store all photos in "the cloud" .

Hi

@dan-sDan

Please do resurrect old topics - this one is 10 years old.

. . . . I carried out a factory reset on my laptop . . .

Usually a factory reset wipes the hard drive and puts the computer back into the state it was when you purchased it - ie Windows and any manufacturer installed software only.

. . . . Does Magix store all photos in "the cloud" . . . .

No - if the factory reset has done what I described above then, unless you have backups elsewhere, all your photos and saved documents are gone.

Oh dear!! Thank you for this most unwelcome news; I will have to pretend that this happened accidentally.
