I bought Magix 2018 that I have been using since, and it came with some free soundpools and instruments. I have been holding onto them for something I really want, but after updating an hour ago, my free credits are no longer there. I am signed into the store, tried signing in and out multiple times, tried clicking "Clean up Store" which did not work. Tried inputting my serial number, just tells me I have already redeemed it. Could I please get my credits back, thank you.
