Lost installation DVD

Hello
I have a Samplitude Pro X that I use for editing/mastering.
My computer/windows10 broked down so I have install all the programs again.
But now I can´t find my installation DVD for Samplitude Pro X, it is lost.
I tried to download in on your webbsite but it didn´t work.
Please tell me what to do.

You can get the installers by contacting support at infoservice@magix.net or you can download them here https://community.samplitude.com/topic/52043-magix-pro-audio-download-links-2020/ (you need to register first)
