Lost confirmation email and purchase info

Hello when I purchase my license for Magic Music Maker on 12/6/21, I purchased as a guest user. I guess I did not save my purchase confirmation page with the license activation. How canI retrieve the activation code?

How do we contact Magix for support of retrieving a serial number?

@Javier-Huerta Contact shop@magix.net or infoservice@magix.net and tell them your personal information, your order date, your product and the e-mail address you used. I think that this should be enough for them to find your order.
