Lost ASIO Buffers

I upgraded my computer to Windows 11 on my computer, almost immediately had lost Asio Buffers errors in almost every track I record. Tried adding buffers, tried every buffer preset. Previously to Win 11 installation I never recieved the error. My computer: 64 gig RAM, intel i9-7940x 3.10GHz

Yes I updated my Motu 624

Thank you for pointing me to my audio interface, I went into Audio Setup, Control Panal, Changed the host buffer size from 256 samples to 512 samples on my audio interface "Motu 524" and it fixed the problem
