Sorry you're experiencing this problem but these are user to user forums, not a contact for Magix Support. As such, clearly no-one posting here can offer you any advice, I think. You need to use the Support button in the header of any forum page to contact Magix Sales.
I am having the exact same problem. It says acquired yet it wont let me download the loops. Also, there are some soundpools that it looks like are no longer there that I downloaded before. Now when I load previous songs I made they are incomplete because they are missing the loops from those sound pools. What the heck is going on
Unless you also are having problems entering a newCredit Card number in order to continue your subscription, you are NOT experiencing the exact same problem as @SYNTHIZIZ.
If your problem is NOT connected to entering your Credit Card details please do not hijack another user's thread but rather start a new one with your question.
