I am having the exact same problem. It says acquired yet it wont let me download the loops. Also, there are some soundpools that it looks like are no longer there that I downloaded before. Now when I load previous songs I made they are incomplete because they are missing the loops from those sound pools. What the heck is going on

Unless you also are having problems entering a new Credit Card number in order to continue your subscription, you are NOT experiencing the exact same problem as @SYNTHIZIZ.

If your problem is NOT connected to entering your Credit Card details please do not hijack another user's thread but rather start a new one with your question.

Go to your settings and rescan your soundpools and hit the clean up store option and that should get you back on track
