My subscirption is showing active, y'all have my money, but I can't access my loops. Help me figure it out.

This happens to me all the time. If we paid for some extra resources as loops and effects when subscribed to Loops Unlimited, why they desapear next time I log in? I want to stop my subscription to Loops Unlimited but I don't know how to do it.

@Trey-Milner Does it help if you log out and back in in your user account in Music Maker?
