I have a Loops Unlimited account. Every time I open the program, go to the store tab and choose "Show Updates Only" all the soundpools I have already downloaded show as requiring update. I update them. Re-scan all the soundpools just in case. Exit, come back in, same soundpools show as needing or having an update. What is going on? Also on download tab, seem to keep getting the same instruments, which I have already downloaded and installed, showing up to be downloaded and installed again?
