@Jeremy-Russell You are not logged in correctly. Try to log out and back in again or open the program settings and click on the button to clean up the store. This usually solves these problems.

Emmrecs, do you know how I can get my downloaded soundpools to show up in magix? I subscribe to loops unlimited and every soundpool that I have added was taking to much space so I went in to program settings and set the soundpool folder to my external harddrive and moved all the soundpools to it, but now they don't show up in magix anymore..

Under Program Settings, General options tab, have you tried Rescan soundpools?

I got charged twice for loops unlimited again and yet there are soundpools it still has me pay for! What a rip off!
