Loops in Loops. How to nest a sequence?

Good morning!
Does anybody know how to nest a few objects inside an object? I made a complex minute, and I want it to repeat for half an hour while adding more sounds every few minutes. I will probably need to change this minute while working, so it would be helpful to do it quickly without copying the first minute every time I have made a change.

@Barak_Ben_Dov You can group multiple objects so you only need to click on one object to select everything in the group.

Thank you for your answer. I would like to take it another step.
The grouping and copying is the easy part.
Let's say that after I Grouped & Copied, I would like to change something in that group, and I would like that the change will be repeated on every copy of the group. How would I do that?

I know this tool from video editing. In a video editor, I can edit a scene on a timeline and then organize the order of the scenes on another timeline while still being able to go inside each scene for more editing.

Is there something like that in MMM?
